This is a demo. SRR is still being built: things may change, and anything entered here may be erased.

Refunds, returns and disputes

Draft, not yet in effect

For Darrion and Sean’s review before approval. These draft policies describe planned sales through SRR, not the current demo, where no real money changes hands.

Requesting a refund

You may request a refund, for example if the piece is not as described, up to 30 days after pickup. A refund needs both the shop’s approval (returning its share) and SRR’s approval (returning its fee). If the shop and SRR disagree, SRR decides.

Check with a lawyer: review the request deadline, approval requirements and SRR’s decision role against buyers’ legal rights; this draft does not limit statutory rights.

During beta, request a refund by email using SRR’s contact page. The on-site refund-request feature is not built yet.

Refund-request email address: To be decided by SRR before beta payments begin.

Missed pickup and returns

A no-show is the buyer’s loss. You have 30 days after the shop confirms to pick up the piece. After that the sale stands, the shop keeps the money and may relist the remnant.

No returns beyond the refund-request policy above are offered under these draft terms.

Check with a lawyer: review no-show forfeiture, relisting and the no-additional-returns wording for physical goods and any mandatory return rights.

Return arrangements, transport costs and refund timing: To be decided by SRR.

Check with a lawyer: settle how an approved physical return works and any required refund deadlines; do not promise bank settlement timing.
